Our company is a small company with a team of about 10-20 people. The company focuses on practical work and does not provide design services, with the main goal of improving project quality.

We mainly undertake the following types of projects:

1. Office/store renovation projects

2. Repair works for industrial buildings/old residential concrete spalling

3. Waterproofing and leak prevention works

4. Renovation projects in collaboration with real estate companies

5. Home renovation projects in collaboration with design companies

6. School maintenance/renovation works

Company quotation process:

1. Initial quotation via phone/email

2. On-site measurement quotation, while pointing out potential issues, such as the possibility of leaks after tile removal that may require waterproofing works and quotation, to avoid disputes after the project starts

3. Explain the project content to clients

4. For home projects, we hope clients will choose materials (such as floor tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen cabinets, etc.) to avoid disputes over materials

5. Depending on the project content, payments are generally divided into 1-3 installments (as specified in the quotation document)
